About the product:
They are small and thin; finger-shaped potatoes of two to three inches length, with a buff-yellow skin and light yellow flesh. Their flavour is mild, nutty and earthy, and their texture is firm and moist. They're great for boiling, baking, roasting and salads.

Storage:
It’s ideal to store potatoes in a cool, dark, dry place out of direct light in the room temperature.
