About the product:
The shallots are a type of onions which is formed in clusters of offsets with ahead
composed of multiple cloves. The skin colour of shallots can vary from golden brown to grey to rose red, and their off-white flesh is usually tinged with green or magenta. Loaded with nutrients and plant compounds, shallots offer numerous health benefits. Shallots are extensively cultivated for culinary uses; they may be pickled or used in a variety of dishes such as soups, salads and dressings. Finely-sliced deep-fried shallots are used as a condiment in Asian cuisine. Shallots taste somewhat like a common onion but have a milder flavour and they sometimes are used to replace onions in dishes due to its greater nutritional benefits. They can be used raw or cooked.

Storage:
Shallots have a long shelf life and are better when stored at room temperature in a dark and dry place with proper ventilation.
