About the product:
Red pumpkin or Lalbhopla is a member of the Cucurbitaceae family. Red pumpkin has a hard protective skin that is difficult to pierce which increases its shelf life. They also have a mildly sweet taste and are finely textured. They could be used either cooked or uncooked and used for salads, soups, shredded and used with cheese and nuts, in chutneys, pakoras etc.

It should be kept away from direct sunlight, extreme heat or extreme cold. Once it’s cut wrap it in a cling wrap and refrigerate.
