About the product:
Garlic has a bulb-like structure divided into segments called clove which is asymmetrical in shape. They have papery, protective layers of whitish “skin” covering each clove and root cluster. Storage:
Store garlic in a cool, dry, low-humidity environment and well- ventilated place in well-ventilated containers such as mesh bags. When stored too long the garlic cloves may shrivel or begin to sprout.
