About the product:
Okra also is known as Ladies Fingers or Okro, is a flowering plant in the mallow family. It has a mild taste and a unique texture with a peach-like fuzz on the outside filled with tiny white seeds. Okra is an essential crop in many countries and it’s considered as a staple in Southern Indian cuisine. It’s considered as a superfood due to its nutritional qualities. As a vegetable, okra could be sautéed or pickled and used an ingredient in various stews. Due to the presence of a large amount of mucilage (gelatinous substance), it’s used as a natural thickener for soups and broths.

Storage:
Wrap unwashed okra in dry paper towels and seal them in breathable bags; store these okras in the refrigerator to stay fresh for a few days.
